How Do I Place An Order?

We want you to feel as secure buying through DA Stores LLC as possible, therefore we offer a few different ways to place an order:

Order online - When you place an order through our website you will find it safe, easy, and fast. You can make changes and review what you have entered nearly every step of the way. Available 24 hours a day

Call us - Our customer service team is ready to place your order over the phone. You can reach us at (866) 838-8710, Monday to Friday from 8am to 9pm, Sat and Sun from 9 am to 5 pm (PST).

Making Changes To My Order
The best way to make any type of change to your order is to create a support ticket. This ensures DA Stores LLC receives the changes in writing and Customer Service can update order and will send you a confirmation of submitted changes. Click here to create a support ticket.
Cancellation Policy
Once the order is placed with DA Stores LLC, we will submit an order directly to the manufacturer on your behalf. This typically occurs within a 24-hour period after an order is placed by the customer. Once this step has been completed DA Stores LLC and thus the customer, become financially obligated to purchase the ordered merchandise from the manufacturer. For this reason, we don't accept order cancellations once the 24-hour window has passed. At the time an order is placed the customer receives a notification via e-mail describing all order details. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the information in e-mail receipt is correct. If the customer does not notify us of any changes within the 24-hour window DA Stores LLC will proceed with ordering the merchandise from the manufacturer. Any cancellation of the order after this point must be submitted by creating new support ticket. The customer may be responsible for any shipping and handling fees that may apply.
Special Orders

An order is considered a "Special Order" when product is customized or personalized in any way, such as:

  • Upgrade from leather match to top grain leather
  • Custom leather/fabric colors
  • Custom configurations

Special Orders – What you need to know?

  • Special orders can not be cancelled or returned
  • Time frames for special orders to arrive are usually 6 to 10 weeks, however we can not guarantee timeframe as unforeseen delays can occur
  • After placing the order, we will require you to print out order confirmation containing terms and conditions, sign it and fax back to us
  • DA Stores LLC will not proceed with the order until we receive signed order confirmation from you
What Are My Payment Options?

We accept following methodds of payment:

  • Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover
  • Paypal
  • Financing Options
  • Personal Checks, Cashier's Checks and Money Orders

Please note: To protect against fraud, any orders paid for with a personal check, money order, or cashiers check will remain on hold for a number of days to allow for the check to clear. Orders placed with credit cards will be processed immediately.

Order Confirmation

After your order is completed, you will automatically be sent an "Order Confirmation" email to the email address you entered during checkout. The subject line will contain your order number. This email is your receipt - so don't delete it! We encourage you to review the order and advise us of any spelling or numerical mistakes so that we can quickly make any necessary changes. If you do not receive an "Order Confirmation" email from us within 24 hours of placing your order, you may easily and conveniently print a receipt for the order via My Account.

Sales Tax
One of the best things about buying through DA Stores is that we do not have to charge sales tax, with one exception: orders shipping in California are subject to a sales tax. DA Stores LLC is not responsible for individual states' sales tax reporting laws pertaining to online purchases, so we encourage you to check your state's regulations before you shop. DA Stores charges applicable taxes for all orders shipping to Canada.
Coupons / Promotions
Coupons may not be combined with other coupons, promotions, cashback rewards and special offers, only one coupon may be used per transaction. Coupons can not be applied to previous purchases. Coupons are not refundable and are not redeemable for cash. Coupons can not be used for gift card purchases.
